Information clause on data processing

In accordance with art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:

• The administrator of your personal data is "BIO-KSEL" Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Grudziądz, at ul. Kaliowa 3, 86-300 Grudziądz, tel. (56) 462 24 24, e-mail: bksel@bio-ksel.com.pl.

• Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to the performance of the contract and taking action before concluding the contract (e.g. presenting an offer at your request), in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR.

• The data will be stored until the limitation period for claims arising from a given legal relationship expires, and if possible, they will be deleted earlier.

• You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object.

• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

• Personal data may be made available to the following recipients/categories of entities: companies handling correspondence, transport services, entities providing advisory, consulting, auditing, legal, tax and accounting services, whose assistance we use in their processing.

• Providing your personal data is not mandatory, however, failure to provide them will make the conclusion and implementation of the contract impossible, and the administrator will not be able to take action before the conclusion of the contract.

• Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

• Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union/European Economic Area or to an international organization
